		<description>It could be a migraine headache, even if it didn't have the headache part that hurt afterwards, sometimes they don't.  I have them, odd visual disturbances happen,  temporary blindness, sometimes really painful sometimes no pain.  Odd though if you've never had them before, mine started in my early 20's, my dad has gotten them for years so I knew what they were.</description>
